Winnetka, IL—The U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a bipartisan resolution authored by Rep. Mark Kirk honoring The Hadley School for the Blind. Hadley – Utah State University Partnership Offers Online Educational OpportunitiesAn exciting and innovative partnership between The Hadley School and Utah State University will broaden the reach of distance education for both schools and provide affordable access to education for teachers who work with visually impaired students. The Hadley School for the Blind received a $10,000 Innovation Generation grant from the Motorola Foundation. The grant will help fund two Hadley courses that teach basic math and Nemeth code, the braille code for mathematics. Learn more about Motorola’s Grant to Hadley.
